You will be surprised how simple this recipe is and how fantastic homemade CBD jellies can taste. All you need is fresh fruit, a bit of lemon juice, CBD oil and teddy bear- or animal- shaped cups. This recipe is also a great excuse to start your culinary adventure with CBD - perfect for both beginners and experienced chefs.

INGREDIENTS

 

3 cups of fruit purees - fresh, canned, or frozen.

3 cups of water

1 cup of gelatin

3 teaspoons of lemon juice

10 ml of CBD oil

 

 

Prepare the fruit for purees. Depending on the fruit you use, peel and remove the seeds if necessary. You can use fresh or frozen fruit to prepare CBD gummies. If you are using frozen fruit, you will need to defrost it beforehand. Then blend the fruit in a blender until smooth. If necessary, strain. Add water and do not heat it up just yet. Pour in the gelatin and set aside for 3 minutes for the mixture to thicken. Then heat it slowly over low heat and, stirring gently, and let it liquefy. Put the saucepan aside and add lemon juice and CBD oil. Mix. Once cooled down, if you do not have a special food pipette to pour the mixture into the moulds, pour the mixture into a bag with a cut-off corner and fill the moulds. Set aside in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

After the mass has solidified, carefully remove the gummies from the moulds and let them dry at room temperature for 12 hours before enjoying the taste and texture. Store them in the refrigerator.
